Folks left out of the story who have worked very hard to bring this program to Montgomery county are
Montgomery County Hospital District
Tree of Life Lutheran Church
Montgomery County Health Department
Constable Precinct 2
And the City of Shenandoah PD (Thank you Jennifer Calvert)
I am not sure why this happen?
